Room available in Stoke Newington

I am looking to sublet my gorgeous double room in Stoke Newington. The flat is located on Stoke Newington high street so perfectly located next to Clissold Park, Kingsland High Street, Church St etc. Easy access to Weaver Line, Windrush Line, and Mildmay Line. The flat is lovely and bright and has a super nice atmosphere.

The room:
My room has a double bed and plenty of storage, I will clear away most of my things so you’ll have plenty of space for your things. Big skylight and window with a view over London, with a really nice exposed timber structure. Next door to the room is a bathroom which is shared with one other person.

The flat:
The flat itself is super clean and tidy, open plan living room kitchen with TV and fold out couch. We’re all very sociable so this is usually a really nice space.

Flatmates:
You’ll be living with 3 guys all around 27, super clean and tidy and really lovely and friendly people. None of us work from home and tend to all be out alot so it’s never too busy.

Dates:
I am going away on holiday for three weeks at the end of October until mid November (23rd October - 16th November) though can be flexible on dates or can work around trying it get a full month etc if it’s needed. (Max 4 weeks)

Rent:
Would be looking for about 700 for the three weeks, or potentially more if you’re looking to stay longer! This will include bills!
