Spacious double room with garden view that’s comes with a double bed, built in cupboard and draws/rail available for purchase. The house is a large 4-bed with seperate living room, laundry space and garden out the back. You’d also have your own shower and toilet!

It is a 7 min walk from Rectory Road station with Weaver line direct to Liverpool St, and good bus links to Dalston/Islington/other areas of Hackney. It just off the high street and only 5 min walk to adorable church St with cute cafes/shops/pubs and Clissold Park!

The girls are in their mid-20s and work in various business’s/start ups. All super friendly, easy-going and always up for a chat. We are looking for someone who is a working professional of similar age range to fit the dynamic🏡

Rent is £1250 pcm + bills (roughly around £100-120).
