Large double room in the heart of Stoke Newington

Hello!

I'm unfortunately moving out of my room in our absolute gem of a house in Stoke Newington and looking for someone to take over 🏡

Move-in: 2nd November 2026

📋 Rent is £1250 per month with bills around £150 extra. The room will be unfurnished (besides the large timber wardrobe).

🛏️ The room up for grabs is the master bedroom on the first floor of the house, looking out over the front. The room has two beautiful big windows for letting in plenty of natural daylight, and there is also space for a full desk setup (and more) for woking from home if needed.

🏡 Our house is less than a five minute walk from Church Street and the High Street, and a stone's throw away from our local, The Londesborough. Close by are the beautiful green spaces of Clissold and Abney park, and connections are a 10-15 minute walk to Stoke Newington, Dalston Kingsland / Junction and Rectory Road Overground stations, with bus links pretty much everywhere.

We also have a shared kitchen/dining space, an enclosed garden with bike storage, and a modern bathroom with a power shower and a bath. The house is warm and cosy with art and furniture throughout.

You will be sharing with Harry, Jenna, and Emily. They’re an easy-going and sociable bunch who enjoy a few drinks and days/nights out together, as well as hanging out in the house after a busy day at work. That said, they all have their own things going on and varying schedules so are never clambering over each other.

Ideally look for either male/female aged around 29-35
