Room for Rent in Large Stoke Newington House

We are three people for one more for our spacious house in Stokey. All bills, including wi-fi and TV are included. Deposit is 6 weeks rent. The house is relaxed, and easy going. The room is on the ground floor, with french windows to the garden, furnished with double bed and wardrobe, etc. We have a bathroom and a shower room so never have to queue in the mornings! The house has good central heating, double glazing, wood floors, and a garden with space to grow things. There is no smoking in the house but in the garden is fine. There is storage space in
the cellar, and room for bikes in the garden. We're round the corner from the high street and a few minutes walk from Rectory road or Stoke Newington stations. We're looking for all the usual things - someone clean and tidy, and who would treat the house like a home.
