With one of our flat mates sadly moving out, we have a double bedroom available in a smart, homely 4 bed flat just moments walk from Clissold Park, the vibrant Church Street and Newington Green. A 5-10 minute walk to Canonbury Station or a 10 minute bus ride to Highbury & Islington Station (Victoria line) from the end of the road. Kings Cross and Liverpool Street are also only 20 minutes away by bus.

The flat has modern furnishings and has a very homely feel. There are two toilets in the flat, one with walk in shower. The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and bedside table.


Rent is inclusive of all bills (including internet and a fortnightly cleaner) and the room is available as of 11th January 2026.
It's a 4 bed flat and the other tenants are 3 professional females between the ages of 25 and 35 from Germany, Canada & Turkey - who love watching shows together, cooking, travelling, the odd drink, going out & spending quality time together, while also understanding personal and quite time during the week.
