There is no living room, but the room is spacious and it has a double seater sofa, and a large desk

The flat is 7-8 min walk to Stoke Newington overground, which has direct access to Liverpool Street in 15 minutes.

10-12 min walk to trendy and desirable neighbourhood of Stoke Newington Church Street. 20 min walk (10 min bus) to Dalston with all local amenities including bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.

Under 30 minutes to Central London from the flat is possible by taking a bus for 10 minutes to Seven Sisters Underground Station, and another 15 min tube journey to Oxford circus.

All bills included, and we have a regular cleaner.
