Double room available in lovely mews house

Looking for a new person to join us in our lovely Stoke Newington home from 1st October.

You will be sharing with Fumi, Fleur and our gorgeous greyhound Jagger. We’re looking for someone friendly and chill with the same respectful vibe as us.
We treat the house very much as a home, not just shared living and all take pride in making it a lovely, clean and calm place to live.

The 3 bedroom house is set over 3 floors, with a large open plan living kitchen area, which leads out to a small garden. Your bedroom is on the second floor which you share with Fleur next to the large shared bathroom.

The house is on a quiet road just a stones throw away from Stoke Newington High Street. We’re only an 8 minute walk from Church Street, which is full of cute coffee shops, little boutiques and quaint pubs and restaurants, also about a 15 minute walk to Clissold Park. We are also about a 15 minute walk away from Dalston.
There are great 24hour bus routes by the house and easy access to the overground in Dalston.

Our preference is someone who mostly works in the office (1/2 days working from home is fine)
Ideally you are roughly over 33 and a non smoker. We are looking for someone friendly who also wants to occasionally enjoy having a TV night together, or go for brunch/to the pub.

As we have a large dog, it’s really important that you’re genuinely an animal lover and will enjoy living with our gentle giant Jagger. Jagger is a rescue and can be a bit nervous when he meets new people so you need to be patient and someone who is confident around dogs and around introducing him to others- as well as showing him lots of love of course :)

We never bring the party back to our space especially now Jagger lives with us. Please only show interest if you are looking for the same! :)
