The house has a spacious open-plan kitchen/living area leading to a small garden, and your bright room is on the 2nd floor next to a large shared bathroom. We’re on a quiet street just off Stokey High Street, close to Church Street, Clissold Park & Dalston — great transport links too.
We’re after someone 30+, ideally office-based (1–2 WFH days fine), tidy, chilled, and a true animal lover who’ll enjoy living with Jagger. No party house vibes — we like our home clean, calm, and friendly.
Rent + bills ≈ £150/month. Deposit = one month.
