Unique Double Room in Stoke Newington

My spacious and unique bedroom is now available in our three-bedroom flat. I'm sadly moving out of this beautiful space I've called home for the past 9 years!

This room comes with a double bed, furniture, in-built wardrobe with the light coming from a window and a big sliding door leading to a balcony/fire exit". You will share the bathroom with only one other person.

We are looking for a professional male/female to join us in this spacious and fully furnished flat. The room will be available on August, the 3rd. We would like the person to be respectful, clean and tidy around the house, active but who is also up for socialising (but is not a party animal...). We have a cleaner who comes every other week.
Non-smokers please and no pets, sorry!

The downstairs living room is very spacious with an open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table. The large lounge area has three sofas, a coffee table, TV, and a music system. There is also another toilet.

The full flat has been recently redecorated with fresh paint and carpet upstairs.

The residential block has 24/7 surveillance by a friendly team of concierges. They also take packages and leave a slip in your mailbox to notify the parcel is waiting for you, which is super handy! There is also an option for a parking spot.

The location is amazing - Clissold Park is 2 minutes away and Church Street is just around the corner which is full of nice pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and independent shops.

You would be sharing with 2 friendly professionals, 35 yo: an Irish girl and a French! It's a very easygoing house and we are quite busy with our own things, but we like to catch up in the kitchen, have dinner together or share a glass of wine in the evening.

The rent is £695 per month (excluding bills - approx £150/month which includes internet, electricity, water and council tax). The deposit is £920.
