Beautiful Cosy House in Stoke Newington

Hi! I am looking for a female flatmate to join my 2 bed household in Stoke Newington from the 1 November.

There is an open plan kitchen / living room with french doors that lead onto a little garden with bike shed, downstairs WC, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with separate shower and tub. The house is completely furnished. The room is on the small side but it comes furnished with a double bed and there is a massive wall to wall wardrobe to store clothes. We are a 5 minute walk to Stokey high street and literally across the road from Rectory Road station which has you into Liverpool Street in 15 minutes.

You will be sharing with me and my dog Baby Lou and cat Gatsby! I am a freelance interior stylist and also manage a tattoo studio in Soho so my days are a mix of in the studio or away overnight on shoots pretty regularly. Im out with work and friends quite a bit but seem to increasingly love a glass of wine and binging a series in the evening instead. Gatsby is a really friendly ginger tom cat who loves cuddles and food. The pup is super sweet but a little bit wary of strangers as she is a rescue, so would really need someone who is a patient animal lover and wants to take the time to get to know her.

I would really like a flatmate who enjoys going out together but is also looking for a chilled home environment. Someone fun, creative, a little bit weird! Love throwing the occasional dinner party or horror movie night, but the house party days are pretty much over :) Veggie/vegan would be a huge plus as it would be nice to cook for each other sometimes.

Rent is £825 and bills come in around £175 so the room is £1000 all in … of course this will be increasing shortly due to energy prices :(
