A gorgeous 1 bedroom, a 3min walk to the heart of Dalston. Set on a beautiful quiet street, Beatty Road, you look out onto lovely white Victorian houses.

It's the third apartment of four, so it's high up and very secure and has many beautiful local pubs with log fires and Sunday roasts close by.

Moments from the hub of the trendy high street and Dalston bars, but on a very peaceful and wide side street so you can enjoy the best of both worlds. You have it all on your doorstep but don't see or hear a thing if you're feeling tranquil.

It's a very modern apartment with a 180 degree curve, so the lounge, kitchen and bedroom enjoy stunning sunlight and gorgeous sunsets.

If you like deer, you're in luck, it's a 5-10min walk from Clissold Park where they have deer running around and enormous fish in the lakes!

Up market Church Street a 5 min walk in the other direction where you can enjoy a gorgeous brunch or civilised drink when your parents are in town!
