This is a liberal and queer-friendly space, free of phobias of any kind.

We are looking for some to fill a fully furnished room with ensuite bathroom in our house. As of its large size, it could be perfect for a couple, throuple or someone wanting to use it partly as a workspace or studio as well.

The room is within a semi-detached house stretching across 3 levels. It gets a decent amount of sunlight pretty much all day but also features double glassed windows with handy shutters.

The house features a decent-sized living room and kitchen, which is fully equipped. The place is in great shape, all the walls got recently repainted and we just had new flooring put in. There are two bathrooms featuring toilets, sinks & showers. The ceilings are quite high and the walls are thick.

You will be sharing the house with only two more people. We are a super chilled, clean and respectful house. We are both very busy with our lives, often out and about in the evenings and occasionally working from home.

Hanny (32) is a freelance fashion designer and Karl works in events (36).

Ideally, we are looking for someone very tidy and respectful..
Basically, nobody that is a total c***, please haha.

- Rectory Road Overground Station is a 3min walk
- 1min walk for the busses 149, 76, 243, 67, 73, 106, 242 towards Aldgate, Waterloo, London Bridge, Kings Cross
- 15-20 min walk to Dalston Kingsland Station.

Please be aware there is a strict 4 week notice period at the end of the tenancy period. Which can be ended to on the 1st of every month. With a minimum stay of 3 months. Shorter stays are possible but please let us know in advance.

We don't require long applications haha and are currently around a lot so we can make viewings happening pretty much any time of the day. Please just text us quickly when you wanted to come by :)

We have been free of any Covid symptoms and have not been in contact with any person diagnosed with Covid.
