We are looking for a relaxed, friendly, fun, respectful human to come join me (Jess, 30) and my flatmate Nusha (30) in our home in Stoke Newington, Stamford Hill Estate. I work as an art assistant & set designer in film & tv industry. I love being outside and going on adventures. I also love to cook, exercise, swim, (cold water) relax, and listen to music of all genres, go to galleries and explore things that London has to offer! However a passion of mine is underground techno. Regularly loving the occasional rave. However the flat is kept as a calm sanctuary and is not a party home in that sense! I also love to chill, have a lovely herbal tea and have cosy evenings watching a film/ cooking with my flatmates/ friends. When working I am often out the house most of the time and like to come back and recharge!
Nusha is new to the Flat and works for the civil service. works She loves going for walks, cooking for friends, going to exhibitions and the odd night out. We’re both busy but like to spend time together and cook, catch up, support one another, and enjoy nights out together.

my great friend is sadly moving on and going travelling so we are looking for someone who is looking for a home in London for the longer term. We have our separate lives, but are also looking for someone who will be a friend not just a passing ghost in the home. We create a chilled, peaceful atmosphere at home and would seek to maintain that. someone who has an easygoing, chilled out nature, with a good sense of humour would be welcome. You must be super clean and tidy as the flat is quite small for three people, and we don’t like living in mess or nagging people to clean up after themselves!

The flat has a separate disco kitchen (see photos), spacious living room with table, a compact but nice power shower. Your room is a bright airy double with a bed, small wardrobe.
Ideally someone who doesn’t WFH 5 days a week as we like to keep the communal areas available, and not be on top of each other! I am freelance and often at home in my downtime.

We are close to Stoke Newington Church Street and Clissold Park and Clapton Common/Springfield Park. We’re less than 10 mins walk to Stoke Newington station (Overground to Liverpool Street in 18 mins), 20 mins walk/ 5 min cycle & bus to Seven Sisters underground (Victoria line)! It’s very well connected by buses in general going right outside the flat!. It’s a lovely friendly estate with kind neighbours. There is space for a bike in bike locker too.

My mum (Jess) is our landlady and will always make sure any problems are sorted.

6 month minimum, then rolling 1 month contract.
