THE ROOM / FLAT:

HUGE bright double room in Dalston/Stokey (date flexible).

Rent is £1250 incl. all bills + WIFI, bi-weekly cleaner (common areas only) and all the usual household / cleaning supplies (which I buy in bulk so you never ever have to think about it).  

The room is HUGE for London standards (17x17 ft) and very bright. Fully furnished with a king size bed, and LOTS of storage : 4 double-door wardrobes, 2 side tables and a desk. The rest of the flat is also very spacious with a lovely eat-in kitchen and very large lounge (also 17x17 ft).

THE LOCATION: 

If you don't already know, Dalston / Stoke Newington is a super popular, buzzing area with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. GREAT transport links: 10-12 mins walk to the Overground bringing you into Shoreditch in 10 mins or Oxford St / Central London in 20-30 mins; 1 min walk to 3 bus routes (243, 76, 149) bringing you to the West End, Waterloo or London Bridge in 35 mins. There are also buses going north to Tottenham, Edmonton and Wood Green (in under 30 mins).

THE FLATMATE: 

A very young-spirited 48 y/o female living (born in the US but living in London for 24 years; 16 years in this flat). I work from home, running my own digital design business. Extroverted and love a good chat but also appreciate alone time (and will respect yours.:)). As a retired DJ, my partying days are long gone so I quite like my home to be my haven / peaceful place. I also like to keep it very neat and clean (no dishes in the sink, etc).

Looking for a like-minded, mature female, who is also house proud and wants their home to be a peaceful refuge from the ruckus of London. So if you’re looking for a party flat or if you think it’s weird to remove your shoes at the door, this is probably not the place for you. 

Move in date is flexible, I would rather spend time finding the right person.
