Large double bedroom in ideal locale N16

MONDAY TO FRIDAY LET only:
Furnished double bedroom in four bedroom terraced house in quiet street off Church Street. To share with one other (me, the owner). To clarify, I am looking for someone to stay Monday to Friday ONLY so it would suit someone who works in London during the week.

There's a living room, large kitchen (with dining area) and a small garden to sit out in (pics not great but to give you an idea). I am up in the loft. Bathroom has just been renovated and in mint condition.

Almost all the bills are included in price (excl landline phone and sundries).

Great area which you will already love if you know Stokey - 5 mins walk to Church Street and 10 mins to Clissold Park / Leisure Centre.

I’ve been having housemates for years and welcome the company of others. I do go out a fair bit but also like to cook and garden when the weather behaves. I understand that your home is somewhere to chill. This room is for a single person only.
