This converted warehouse is behind a private gate in a courtyard with other flats. It is located at the end of Shelford Place just off Church Street and opposite Clissold Park.

The flat itself has an amazing living space with a set of double glazed doors & full length windows that lead out on to the roof terrace. All of which is south facing and gets flooded with sunshine during a sunny day. The living area is big with the kitchen at one end containing a dish washer, gas hob with electric oven and a fridge freezer. There is storage for bikes and coats in the downstairs room.

The room is furnished but currently empty otherwise as we are between tenants, so plenty of space for your things! Built-in shelves in the corner of the room have been installed since the pictures too.

You would be living with two great housemates; Christine and Miles. Christine is a producer and Miles is a screenwriter. We are usual; clean, tidy & conscientious but also really good people to have a chat with. The living room/kitchen is such a comfortable and spacious place that it is a very sociable flat and we are often watching TV/films together or listening to music and cooking. In fact, we love to cook together (when schedules allow).

The bills + council tax currently run to around £139/month, and at £839/month (includes: gas, electric, broadband, water, council tax) for the room it is a steal for the area.
