A BIT MORE ABOUT THE PROPERTY (PLEASE READ EVERYTHING!)

One large ensuite double bedrooms is available to rent in a clean, refurbished, very pleasant and comfortable house that has:

- 5 true en-suite double bedrooms (TRUE-ensuites are rooms with shower room inside the room, and NOT rooms with a separate bathroom in some misleading adverts!) ---> 1 room left! :)

- 2 non-ensuite double bedrooms - they are the only two rooms sharing 1 large common bathroom on the ground floor

It’s a 7 bedroom house - it’s not a noisy house at all because everyone has their own lives, timings, when they’re in and out of the house, etc so you hardly meet the rest of the tenants in the kitchen for example. :)

1. All the rooms have furniture that is in good as new condition.

2. All beds are double-beds and have storage underneath that is easily accessible by lifting up the mattress frame - a BIG PLUS where storage space is at a premium in London.

3. All rooms have large wardrobes and study tables and chairs as can be seen in the pictures.

4. The house has a large and comfortable kitchen and a private garden for tenants to use. Very conveniently, right outside the garden is a small public park/greens space which you can access through the back door.

5. It doesn’t have a living room with tv or couch. The common social space is the large kitchen. Tenants usually watch films or tv content on their laptops and iPads or their own personal tv in the room.

6. Tenants are all clean, considerate and hard-working people - we try to look for people with similar personalities during our selection process :)

7. Gas and electricity are shared and paid by the 7 housemates. From what I gathered, it costs about £25 per person per month for gas and electricity each.

8. Water and Wifi (high-speed fibreoptic) - included in the rent ie. paid by the landlord.

WHAT’S NEARBY?

The house's location (postcode E15) is very convenient as you probably can appreciate:

1. It is 7 minutes walk (via shortcut) from Stratford Underground Station which is also where the huge and famous Westfield Stratford shopping mall is. It also connects to St Pacras International station (Eurostar) and Kings Cross station!

2. In 6 minutes is the Stratford High Street DLR Station.

3. The London Olympic stadium and huge park/grounds is just 2 minute's walk away. It is a very large area that is very pleasant and popular for walking, running, cycling, exercising, etc.

4. The London Olympic Swimming Stadium is just 8 minute’s walk away. It has superb facilities that is accessible very cheaply to residents. Please Google for londonaquaticscentre. org

5. There is a Tesco 3 minute's walk away which is very convenient.
