We're friendly, clean, easy going.
The rent might seem cheap but I promise it's a great room. I like to make the rent cheaper so I get more choice in who lives with us and also I want my lodgers to stay longer and be happy.
I work from home so always around to collect parcels!
I have my ensuite bedroom in the attic and the rooms I rent are on middle floor. Lovely garden front and back, very quiet neighbourhood.
My current lodger is wonderful. Actually going to cry if she leaves!
She's Australian, very friendly, works full time. Both have our own lives but love a chat.
The lodger in the room at the mo has been living here 3 years now and leaving to move to Brazil where his fiancee lives.
The £750 includes bills, wifi and a weekly cleaner.
