The rent might seem cheap but I promise it's a great room. I like to make the rent cheaper so I get more choice in who lives with us and also I want my lodgers to stay longer and be happy.
I work from home running an online storytelling business so always around to collect parcels!
I have my ensuite bedroom in the attic and the rooms I rent are on middle floor. Lovely garden front and back, very quiet neighbourhood.
My current lodger is fab, works a lot, he's a freelance sound engineer, super friendly and very clean and tidy. Great at helping me with DIY
The £750 includes bills, wifi and a weekly cleaner.
