1 Amazing Double Room in a Fantastic Modern House

We’re pleased to be looking for a new flat mate to join us in this amazing house, super well located and full of light and space. The house is modern, has bathroom upstairs and extra toilet downstairs, has outdoor space, living room, dining room, a storage room, new washing machine, new big fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, furniture, garden set, bbq….

I am a designer, my girlfriend Klaudia is a nurse and Alex a sound engineer. We’re looking for a young professional to share the house I've been living for the last 7 Years.
One of our current house mates is moving out and we're looking to replace him.

We couldn't be more pleased with the house, it really feels like home for us. So if you are a nice person, clean, tidy, respectful, considerate, friendly... I'm sure we will get along! If you're a food lover, like music, doing some sports, etc that will be a bonus! We’re looking for the right people not just someone to share the bills! ...by the way, bills are included! (Broadband, Water, Electricity, Council tax)

All the transports are 5 minutes walk: Central Line, Jubilee, Overground, Train, Bus station... all at around 5 minutes walk.

We also have plenty of parks around, the nearest just around the corner, West Ham park 5 minutes away, and Olympic park at 10 minutes walk.

Plenty of shops around, including 4 big supermarkets (Lidl, Sainsburys, Iceland and Morrisons) at 5 minutes walking distance. Westfield is just at 5-10 minutes walking distance. New Pure Gym is also 3 minutes away.

At the same time the road where the house is located is a very quiet residential road.

Also if you have some furniture, plants, etc you would like to bring along with you, you are welcome and we’ll get whatever else you need. For the shared areas we already have sofa, table, chairs and any other bits like pans, plates, etc. When it comes to the room is partially furnished: There's a chest of drawers, a wardrobe... We can also remove everything if you want to bring your own.
