This is a quiet home, ideal for someone who works outside the home during the day and is looking for a comfortable place to relax after work. The room is not suitable for regular working from home. No parties are hosted at the property.

A TV can be provided and installed within two weeks after the tenant moves in, upon request.

Bathroom:
• The bathroom is located on the same floor as the room
• Shared with only one neighbouring room (maximum two occupants in total)

• Designated smoking area in the back garden

Bills:
• All bills and council tax included
