We have three double rooms and a single room to rent from September/October through to March and possibly longer.
We are looking for responsible and quiet housemates.
For most of the time there will be four people sharing the house while we are away over the winter.
The room rental includes all bills.
All the rooms are fully furnished and attractive and have desks for working at and places to store clothes etc.
The house is about five to ten minutes walk from Maryland station on the Elizabeth line. Transport to central London and Stratford is super easy and quick.
There are lots of shops, restaurants and parks close by.
The house is beautiful and includes a lovely conservatory and garden. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are two bathrooms.
