A bright and spacious double room is available for single occupancy in a recently renovated converted Victorian flat in Maryland/Stratford. The flat is located in a quiet residential area, surrounded by shops, cafes, restaurants, and excellent transport links, with Westfield Stratford City just a short distance away.

The flat features a large communal kitchen and living area, a shared bathroom, and a private car park. It has all the essential amenities except for a dishwasher. The bedroom itself is spacious, with newly fitted wooden flooring, a built-in wardrobe, and a large chest of drawers. It gets plenty of natural light with a garden view, but also has a blackout blind to ensure a good night’s sleep.

The location is well-connected, just a 5-minute walk from Maryland Station (Elizabeth Line, Zone 3) and 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bus to Stratford Station (Zone 2/3), offering access to the Central, Jubilee, and Elizabeth lines, Overground, DLR, and National Rail. West Ham Park is less than five minutes away, and a Better Gym with a swimming pool is also nearby. Everyday essentials are within easy reach, with both a Sainsbury’s and Tesco just two minutes away.

I offer short-term lets only, with a minimum stay of one week and the option to extend. Broadband and water are included, while other bills are not.

A little about me: I’m a professional who works from home two to three days a week and spends the rest of the time in the office. I enjoy being social but also value my own space, and I like to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
