Spacious Double Room with Private Bathroom – Stratford, Zone 2

Two flexible rental options available:

Option 1 – Long-Term Weekday Let: £165 per week

* 3 nights per week, Monday to Friday
* Flexible choice of nights within the working week
* Ideal for professionals commuting to London, consultants or hybrid workers
* Long-term arrangement preferred
* Rent payable every 4 weeks (£660)

Option 2 – Short-Term Full-Time Let: £325 per week

* Full-time accommodation, 7 days a week
* Maximum stay of 2 months
* Ideal for professionals on temporary assignments, relocating to London or needing accommodation between homes
* Rent payable every 4 weeks (£1,300)

All bills are included in both options.

I’m looking for a clean, considerate and respectful professional who appreciates a quiet, comfortable home.

The room is particularly suitable for someone who:

* Commutes to London several days a week and needs a regular weekday base
* Is working in London on a short-term assignment
* Is relocating or needs temporary accommodation for up to 2 months

No smoking or pets.

About Me

I’m a professional working in the City and have recently purchased this lovely flat.

I’m usually in the office 3days a week and tend to arrive home around 7-8pm. I enjoy a peaceful, tidy home and am looking for someone with a similar approach to shared living.

Rent & Deposit

Weekday let: £165 per week, payable every 4 weeks. Includes 3 nights per week, with flexibility to choose any weekday nights.

Short-term full-time let: £325 per week, for a maximum of 2 months.

A deposit equivalent to 4 weeks’ rent is required.
