We've got a spacious double room available from 4 August in our flat we'd love to share with preferably a woman. The rent is £800 and bills are usually around £110-130 a month
The location is great: 8 minutes from Stratford, 5 minutes from Maryland, and about 10 minutes from Westfield. There are loads of shops around too. There's a Morrisons right across the street, Lidl and Sainsbury's are 8 minutes away, and you've got M&S and Waitrose at Westfield. The Olympic Park is also just a 15 minute walk.
As for us, Sabina (28) works in payroll and goes into the office 2–3 times a week, while Pavla (45) works in hospitality, usually 6 days a week, so she's mostly out of the house.
We're pretty big on keeping the place clean, so we're looking for someone who's the same, as this isn’t a party house.
