Double Room in Stratford

Hi,

We've got a double room available from 4 August in our flat we'd love to share with preferably a woman. The rent is £825 and bills are usually around £100-130 a month

The location is great: 8 minutes from Stratford, 5 minutes from Maryland, and about 10 minutes from Westfield. There are loads of shops around too. There's a Morrisons right across the street, Lidl and Sainsbury's are 8 minutes away, and you've got M&S and Waitrose at Westfield. The Olympic Park is also just a 15 minute walk.

As for us, Sabina (28) works in payroll and goes into the office 2–3 times a week, while Pavla (45) works in hospitality, usually 6 days a week, so she's mostly out of the house.

We're pretty big on keeping the place clean, so we're looking for someone who's the same. We also like to keep things quiet, since this isn't really a party house!
