Bright and fully furnished double en-suite room available in a modern 2-bedroom flat in Stratford.

The flat is shared with just one other person, a female working professional in her early 30s. We're looking for another female professional who would be comfortable in a quiet, friendly two-person household.

The room is fully furnished and has its own private en-suite bathroom.

The flat is only a few minutes' walk from Pudding Mill Lane DLR, with Stratford around 10–15 minutes away and excellent connections to Canary Wharf, the City and central London. Stratford also provides direct Elizabeth line connections across London, including Liverpool Street and Paddington.

This is a quiet, clean and non-smoking household. We're looking for someone friendly, respectful, tidy and considerate of shared spaces. Ideally we'd like someone who can feel at home here and get along well with the existing flatmate, while still being comfortable having their own space and independence.

As this is a small two-person household, finding the right fit is particularly important. You'll be able to meet the existing flatmate before anything is agreed so that everyone can make sure they're comfortable with the arrangement. References and proof of employment/income will also be requested.

Longer-term stays are now welcome and preferred. We're also open to discussing an initial shorter stay for the right person, with the possibility of continuing longer if everything works well.

£1,500 per calendar month, including bills.
