Bright and fully furnished double en-suite room available in a modern 2-bedroom flat in Stratford for a short-term stay of up to 3 months.

The flat will be shared with just one other person, a female working professional in her late 20s. We are therefore looking for another female professional who would be comfortable in a quiet two-person household.

The room comes fully furnished and has its own private en-suite bathroom.

The room would be particularly suitable for a professional temporarily working in London, someone relocating and looking for a short-term base, or someone between longer-term accommodation.

This is a quiet, clean and non-smoking household, and we're looking for someone respectful, tidy and considerate of shared spaces.

As this is a small two-person household, finding someone who is a good fit is particularly important. References and proof of employment will be requested, and you will meet the existing flatmate before anything is agreed so that everyone is comfortable with the arrangement.

Available for 1–3 months only.

£1,300 per calendar month, including bills.
