Double ensuite room to rent for weekday commuter

Hello. I’m looking for a friendly, responsible, and reliable housemate to rent a room in my home in Stratford, east London, from Monday to Friday.
The room is ideal for a professional who works in London Monday–Friday and returns home at weekends. I live in the house full-time but I frequently look after my niece and nephew on the weekends and so I need the space free then. There are no other housemates.
The rent is charged on a weekly basis. You can choose which weeks you stay, and you will only pay for the weeks you actually use the room.
Occasionally, I look after my niece and nephew during the week. On these occasions, you would need to arrange alternative accommodation for the period concerned. I would always give you as much advance notice as possible, and of course, you would not be charged for any weeks when the room is unavailable to you.

> You can use the kitchen, store your food in the fridge/ cupboard, and use the washing machine.

> Rent is £200 per week including bills and the first installment is to be paid on the moving-in date. A reduced rate of £180 per week is available for NHS workers, employees of nonprofits or equivalents.

> There is no minimum tenancy length but ideally it would be for more than six months.
