Eleanor Rosa Hall – Room Available for Transfer |

🏠 Eleanor Rosa Hall – Room Available for Transfer | £308/week

Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my room at Eleanor Rosa Hall.

✨ £308 per week

📍 Only around a 7-minute walk from campus

🏫 The tenancy transfer can be arranged through the university’s official process

🛏️ Brand-new room – I haven’t moved in yet, so it has never been lived in

💷 I also haven’t started paying rent yet

The accommodation is in a really convenient location, especially if you need to be close to campus. It’s an easy walk to university, which makes getting to lectures and campus facilities very convenient.

I’m looking to transfer the room because I’m mainly based on the main campus, and I’ve decided to move somewhere that works better for me.

If you’re interested, feel free to message me and I can send you more details about the room and the transfer process.

You can also check the official Eleanor Rosa Hall website for more information about the accommodation, facilities and location.

If you’re interested or know someone who might be looking for accommodation, please feel free to get in touch! 😊
