House has just been refurbished and this room is unfurnished however the rest of the house is furnished.

- Available for 4-5 months – this could be extended.

5 mins walk to Maryland station - I have timed it!
Stratford - Westfield - 15 mins walk - Tesco express at the end of the road - lots of buses and transport close by.

I am looking for someone who is mature, independent, VERY CLEAN, respectful, and environmentally aware esp in these times (i. e puts on a jumper before turning on the heating, does a full load of laundry, cooks more than one potato in the oven etc, etc)

The current house mate is very very clean and expects all communal areas to be.

1 months deposit is required before moving in and two references.

- No smokers
- This is not a party house

Move in date can be flexible
Please email a little about yourself if you are interested.
I would like to have a video call first and if that goes well a face to face meet to view the room in person.

Thanks
