Double room in Stratford

Hi there!

HOUSE
The house has a big living room, a dining room, a huuuuge bright kitchen, a courtyard garden with a barbecue where you can park your bike safely, a bathroom (with a toilet, shower and a bathtub, but you wont be using this one) and a separate toilet, four bedrooms and the obligatory high-speed Wi-Fi.
The kitchen has two fridges/freezers, a double oven, a washing machine and a dishwasher!

Our massive en-suite double bedroom is available for single occupancy (no couples, sorry)
Bedroom: £700+ bills (around £100 per month)
The bedroom will be half-furnished. It will come only with a bedframe and a closet, NO MATTRESS.

AREA
The house is on a quiet road, between the local park and the gym (with a swimming pool too!) Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Iceland, and Lidl are all nearby.
The nearest bus stop runs numbers 25, 86, 425, N25, and N86.
Stratford station (and Westfield shopping centre) are three bus stops from where you can catch the Elizabeth Line, Central Line, Jubilee Line, DLR, the Overground and the National Rail. We are super well connected.

We are looking for a woman who is nice and tidy, ideally professional with good references, and willing to follow a cleaning schedule.
We treat the house as our home and would expect you to do the same.
We're looking forward to meeting you in person and getting to know each other. You will meet our landlady and fill in the paperwork if we are a match.
