En-suite room + home office | Stratford

Hey girls! Unfortunately, my friend/flatmate is having to move out at short notice, so I'm looking for someone lovely to take over her room! Ideally from around the end of November, but can be a little flexible on dates.

🏡 The house

The house is a really good size (especially for London!). It's technically a 3-bed, 3-bath, but we have the whole place between just two of us, so there's loads of space!

The available room has its own en-suite and loads of storage, plus you'll have use of the desk in the spare bedroom, so essentially your own little office if you WFH. The spare room is also great for having friends/family to stay.

We've made the house really cosy and homely, with a lovely girly feel to it, so I'd love to find someone who wants to make it their home too, rather than just another flatshare. Ideally looking for someone who will become a friend as well as a housemate! 🥰

💸 Rent: £1,175 pcm + around £125–£150 each for bills (depending on the season).

📍 Location

We're just under a 10-minute walk from Maryland station (Elizabeth line), or around 15 minutes from Stratford station and Westfield. There are loads of shops, gyms etc. nearby, and Westfield has pretty much everything else you could need!

👋 A bit about me

I'm 31 and originally from Glasgow (been in London around 6 years) I work in consulting, usually WFH around twice a week. I'm into the gym, good food/wine and the occasional weekend boogie! I'm pretty easy-going and love a cosy night in just as much as going out for a few drinks.

Would love to find someone with a similar vibe who's up for the occasional wine/catch-up or doing things together, but equally happy doing our own thing!

Also, probably goes without saying, but I'm really keen to find someone who's clean and tidy and happy to do their bit to keep the communal spaces nice. We've made the house a lovely place to live, so it would be great to find someone who takes the same pride in keeping it that way!

A couple of practical bits: The landlords are genuinely great and really quick to sort anything in the house. They're keen to find someone reliable who'll look after the place, so there will be a standard reference check through the agency.
