We have x1 spacious and bright double room with double wardrobe available in a friendly, relaxed household located just 8 minutes walk from Stratford Centre. The flat offers excellent public transport connections, with Stratford station (Central Line, Jubilee Line, Elizabeth line, Overground, DLR & Railway links) and 5 local bus routes just 2 mins walk away, making commuting easy.

We’re looking preferably for a female occupant who’s friendly, tidy, and respectful. We also welcome LGBTQ+ individuals as we aim to create an inclusive and safe living environment for everyone. To maintain the balance and good vibes in the house.

The bedroom is in a 3 bedroom flat, which currently accommodates 2 females (myself included) There is a 2 year old cat in the flat called Cookie, she's really loving and a people person. Please only join us if you love cats too, not just tolerate them. Cookie is very friendly and appreciates positive interactions.

The flat has washing facilities, a spacious kitchen, bathroom with bath tub and shower. There is no living room. The road has a handy off license shop conveniently located outside. The area is generally quiet, located on the other side of Stratford, away from noise pollution and crowds.

Toilet tissue/cleaning products split every 3 months - average £20.

You are expected to share cleaning responsibilities (there is a cleaning rota) to maintain cleanliness. This will only take up 15-20 mins of your time weekly.

The flat is located 12 minutes walking distance away from Stratford Westfield shopping centre which is home to 200+ stores, a cinema, restaurants, bowling alley and a casino. Stratford station is 10 minutes away. DLR station Bow church is only a 15 minute walk. Abbey road, Pudding mill station and stratford high st DLR are both 10 mins away.

Large Tesco supermarket: 15 minutes
Bromley by Bow station: 18 minutes

This is a great location as it is situated close to the heart and all parts of London can quickly be accessed by the travel links closely located.

I am an extremely friendly and outgoing person, I am currently studying and work as a freelance writer and dancer. We are ideally looking for a female professional to join the flat. The 2nd spare room is occupied by a wonderful creative who will leave in October/November.

We are looking for a working professional who is friendly and tidy to live with.
We are very clean individuals taking pride in the flat and expect you to be too. It's expected that you tidy up after yourself and help out with general upkeep.

Vaping/ecigs are allowed. If you smoke, you are expected to do so on the balcony.
