Great transport links by bus, train or tube in and out of the city, ideal if you work on the Elizabeth, Central, Jubilee, District or H&C line or Canary Wharf is 10 mins away. Bus stops in both directions are under a minute's walk

Across the road from riverside gastropub The Print House at Jim and Tonic with a big outdoor terrace as well as indoor seating. There is both a Tesco Express and 24 hour Superstore a few minutes away - you will have all amenities on your doorstep

Own use of very large bathroom, kitchen is fully fitted. Amazing Olympic Stadium view from the south-facing balcony overlooking the canal lovely in the summer - balcony doors are wide and let in lots of natural light until 9pm. Building is kept in excellent condition, with a porter working from Monday to Friday who collects deliveries. Flat is on the second floor with direct staircase and a lift for disabled access
