Box Room Mon-Fri Only Zone 3 Good Transport Links

Hello, the room is a small box room in a friendly sunny flatshare AVAILABLE MONDAY - FRIDAY ONLY. That means you can't stay in the room Saturdays or Sundays and it is only available to be used for four nights, though I'm happy for you to leave bedding and a small amount of other items there. If you are interested please explain in your message why you need a Monday to Friday let only. Due to the large number of responses seeking a full time let I unfortunately will not be able to respond to enquiries that do not provide this information.

The flat is closest to Streatham Common station (6 minute walk) with trains into London Victoria or London Bridge. It is also only 10 minutes' walk from Streatham station where trains will get you to Kings Cross in half an hour.
The flat is occupied by two other people but there is usually only one other there (me) during the week. It is clean and generally relatively quiet but would not suit somebody very sound-sensitive as the room is next to the bathroom and also contains the boiler.
I'm sociable and chatty but equally understand you need your own space.
I work irregular shifts so you won't see me for stretches of time. I do my best to be quiet when coming in or going out at anti-social times.
There is a lovely garden, which is best appreciated in spring/summer and two cats, which you can cuddle or completely ignore as you prefer.
There are no parking restrictions on the street.
A Better gym/pool, multiple supermarkets and the beautiful Streatham common are all within a very short walk.
The room would best suit someone who needs somewhere to crash during the week but has their main life elsewhere and would otherwise be staying in a hotel. If you are intending to work from home during the week, if you want to be in London full-time or you have large amounts of belongings it's probably not for you.
