All Inclusive on Tooting Bec Common

3 bedroom house kitted out with everything you need & surrounded with nature! The Common has a lot to offer with a lido, a pond with swans & tennis courts just across the road, but we also have a cute garden to enjoy privately.

We keep the space neat & love an evening cup of tea. From time to time, we leave the kettle alone and focus on the wine. The sofa is insanely comfortable - consider yourself warned. 24yo Ilani is unbelievably nice and 35yo me saves the day with regularly watering the house plants.
Transport wise - buses go towards Clapham, Wandsworth, and Brixton and the Tooting Bec tube takes 30mins to central!

Room is furnished with a double size bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. It’s a decent size room overlooking the front garden. Mornings are easy with separate toilet and bathroom.
