You'd be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with just one other housemate, who's easy to live with. The room can come furnished with a small double bed (pictured), a wardrobe and plenty of storage, or unfurnished if you'd rather bring your own things. There's also a back garden to enjoy.

It would suit a working professional, student, artist or musician looking for somewhere that genuinely feels like home.

Getting around
Tooting Broadway tube station is 10 mins walk or 5 mins on the bus into the heart of Tooting (Tooting Market, many shops and restaurants). It's 30 mins by tube to Kings Cross and 20 mins to central London.

For students
London South Bank, King's College Hospital campus and Roehampton are all reachable, and UCL and KCL are an easy train or tube ride away.

On your doorstep
Tooting Common (10mins) Streatham Common (15mins) and the Rookery gardens are lovely for a walk. Streatham High Road has shops, cafés, gyms and supermarkets, plus the ice rink, leisure centre and Odeon cinema.
