👩‍💻 29 year old who works in advertising. I go into the office 3-4 days a week and it’d be great if you are on a similar schedule

🩵 Some of my interests include swimming all year round in nearby Tooting Lido, cooking and having friends over for dinner parties, and of course cosy evenings enjoying the latest reality show

📍Good location with quick transport links into central via train/bus and a high street with all the supermarkets, gyms and bars. Streatham Wine House is one of the best wine bars in London!

🚂 The flat is positioned in between Streatham Hill and Tulse Hill, so it’s perfectly located for numerous transport links, including fast services into London Bridge and Victoria as well as frequent buses into Brixton

🌳Tooting and Brockwell park nearby and Hillside gardens at the end of the road for outside space
