Single Room in Stunning Urban Oasis

Hello! I’m Clem, a 39-year-old French entrepreneur and the very lucky owner of an extraordinary architect-designed garden flat in Streatham, just a short walk from the station.

The home is truly special: a converted Victorian with a stunning indoor garden, complete with real trees in the conservatory, a working fireplace, a gorgeous designer kitchen, and a beautiful private garden that feels like an oasis. It’s peaceful, stylish, and full of charm.

I live here with my two small dogs, Mochi the pug and Casper the chug, a quirky, sweet, and well-behaved duo who love company.
I’d love to find a friendly, like-minded flatmate who appreciates a beautiful home, enjoys relaxing together occasionally, and doesn’t mind giving the dogs a little extra affection.

Other pets are welcome, as long as everyone gets along. Ideally, this would suit someone with a neutered female dog, but I’m open to discussing options.

- Single bedroom (cozy, private, bright) with built-in wardrobes (can be furnished further)
- 5 min walking to shops & train station Streatham
- £800/month, all bills included
- Available for up to 6 months for now, as my personal situation may evolve

- Home kept at a comfortable 19–20°C
- Cleaner included, the flat is kept tidy but not obsessively so
- I’m a morning person (up at 7am, bed around 10–11pm)
