Double room available for 6 months (open to shorter if needed) from the start of April. Rent is £950 per month, bills included. I’m looking to rent the room out until roughly the end of August but flexible on timing and on whether someone takes it for the whole time or for just a couple of months.

🛏️Room: furnished double at the back of the flat, overlooking the gardens. Space for a small desk but the flat also has a large dining table you can work from too!

🏡Flat: 2 bed, 1 bath Victorian conversion with some lovely period features. There is a large separate kitchen fully stocked with all the essentials plus a dual drawer air fryer & bean to cup coffee machine. The large living room has two sofas, a 6 seat dining table, smart TV with Netflix etc and working gas fire place. The bathroom is spacious and has a water filter fitted on the shower.

📍Location: equidistant c.8 min walk to both Streatham & Streatham common stations with direct lines to London Bridge, Victoria, Blackfriars, Farringdon, St Pancras & across SW: Balham (with northern line transfer), Battersea Park, Clapham Junction, Wandsworth Common & Wimbledon. Large sainsburys, Tesco, M&S and Aldi less than 10 min walk and close to both Streatham & Tooting commons. There is also free on street parking if you have a car. The street has a super lovely residential feel but also close to some great coffee shops, bakeries & pubs.

About me: 30yr old female originally from Edinburgh. I’ve been in London for 5 years, currently working in finance and based in the office roughly 4 days a week. Outside of work I’m out and about a lot at different clubs, trying to fit in marathon training and seeing friends so love having a clean and chilled space to hang out in when I am at home. I’ve lived in the flat since June last year and have loved making in to a relaxing, cosy space. It has everything you need to move straight in to but also happy for you to bring any additions or furnishings you have! Looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who has their own thing going on but equally is happy watch the occasional trash tv, F1 if that’s your thing, have dinner together etc when we’re both at home.
