The room is a bright, spacious double at the back of the house, overlooking a garden. It's part furnished with an ottoman bed and wardrobe, with plenty of space to make it your own.

The flat is shared with just one other person (me!) and has a cosy living room with TV, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge-freezer, washing machine and a shared bathroom with shower.

👋 About me
I'm Emma, 29, and I work as a civil servant. Currently, I work from home, although I'll soon be in the office one or two days a week.

I'd describe myself as friendly, easy-going and fairly low-key. Outside work I enjoy catching up with friends but I also really value having a peaceful home to come back to. You'll often find me cooking dinner, watching a good series, reading, or heading over to Tooting Common for a walk or to sit in the sunshine. One of my favourite things about living here is having such lovely green space right on the doorstep.

I'm looking for someone who's friendly and considerate. It would be great to live with someone who enjoys a chat but is equally happy doing their own thing. Keeping the flat clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces is important to me so we can both enjoy living here.

The flat is on a quiet, leafy residential road in Streatham, just a few minutes' walk from Tooting Common and Tooting Bec Lido. The area has a lovely neighbourhood feel with great cafés, pubs and green spaces, while still being really well connected.
