The flat is located in the heart of Streatham, less than a 5-minute walk from Streatham railway station and several bus stops, making commuting around London quick and easy.

Excellent transport connections include:

* 🚆 Direct trains into Central London.
* 🚌 Direct buses to Brixton Underground Station (around 20 minutes).
* 🚌 Direct buses to Tooting Bec Underground Station (around 10 minutes).
* Plus many other bus routes serving South London and beyond.

Everything you need is within walking distance, including:

* 🛒 Tesco Extra (less than 5 minutes away)
* 🛒 Aldi
* 🛒 Lidl
* Cafés, restaurants, gyms and other local amenities.

🏡 The Rooms

Both rooms are fully furnished and ready to move into.

Please note that the wardrobe shown in the photos will be replaced with a different one before the new tenant moves in.

The double room comes with its own private en-suite bathroom and a small private outdoor terrace.

The single room has a bathroom just next door. Although it isn’t technically en-suite, it is mainly for the use of the person renting the single room, while the tenant in the double room uses their en-suite bathroom. We would only occasionally use each other’s bathroom if we have guests over.

We are working professionals, so the house is generally quiet during the week as we’re not home much.
