I have a lovely double room available in my four-bedroom home, situated in a well-connected area of Streatham, in a very convenient location close to excellent transport links, shops, bars, restaurants and local amenities.

The house is a comfortable and welcoming home, with a beautiful private back garden which can be enjoyed during the warmer months.

The room

The room is offered room only, with shared use of the kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

There are currently two single beds in the room. If preferred, I can change this to one double bed, giving the tenant more space.

The room is spacious, comfortable and well maintained.

The ideal person

I am looking for a quiet, clean, tidy and respectful professional or mature tenant who appreciates a peaceful home and is considerate of others.

I would prefer someone who does not cook heavily or spend a lot of time in the kitchen, as I personally value the kitchen as a calm and private space within the home. This is not a party house, and I am looking for someone who is independent and has their own routine.

It is important to me that the person I share my home with is friendly, respectful and easy to get along with. I would like the house to feel comfortable and relaxed for everyone.
