Description
Choice of two rooms in a lovely 2-bedroom Streatham flat – live-in landlady
I’m offering a choice of two furnished bedrooms:
* Cosy single room – £700 pcm including bills
* Spacious double bedroom – £950 pcm including bills
Only one room will be rented, so you’ll be sharing the flat with just me, the live-in owner.
The flat has a spacious living room, Wi-Fi and lovely wooden floors, offering a comfortable and peaceful home.
Right Near Streatham station, lots of bus stations, shops, gyms and parks.
I am a calm, friendly, tidy person who works in the city Mon- Friday and enjoys a peaceful home and looking for someone one who needs the same.
I would like an independent person who is just as happy doing their own thing whilst occasionally having a meal, cooking or doing something together!
