Two lovely double bedrooms, fully furnished and with plenty of storage, available from 1st of October for 3 months (before Christmas or early January, to be agreed).
Both rooms are bright and quiet, at the back of the house overlooking the garden.

There is also a third smaller bedroom which is empty and serves as a spare room.

The flat is on the 2nd floor of a big Edwardian house and split over 3 levels, it’s very spacious, bright and modern.

The flatmates share a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a big bathroom. There is a utility room with washer dryer and lots of storage areas for luggage etc.

Location and Transport:
5 minutes walk from amenities including some good gastro pubs, cafés for brunch and there is a an Aldi and a 24hr Tesco just a couple of minutes away.
In terms of green spaces, Streatham Common and Tooting Bec Common and Lido are a 5 minute walk away.

Streatham station is a 3 minute walk and Streatham Common a 10 minutes walk, with access to:

St Pancrass
Oxford Circus (with tube from Elephant & Castle)
Clapham Junction
Victoria
It is also 15/20 mins on the bus to Brixton.
