Double Bedroom in Streatham SW16 -Zone 3

Hi!

We are two fun sociable housemates looking for a third person to take the last room. We are really big on keeping things clean so definitely will be a chill place to live!

What we do: I am a full time professional working from home and the other housemate is a freelance graphic designer & dancer.

In our spare time: Movie nights, game nights and chilling out during this lockdown. We always tend to chill in the living room so there is no pressure to socialize but always welcome to.
We also cook for each other randomly so it never gets boring!

The room is located in Streatham Vale.
A 7 minute walk to Streatham Common station which has direct trains to Victoria (20mins), London Bridge (25 mins), Clapham Junction (15 mins) and Balham (3 mins)
There is also a direct bus to Brixton which stop on the main road. On a good day it takes 15 minutes to get there.

All bills included with the exception of WiFi which the tenants all chip in for.
The bills include; gas, electricity and water.

There is no smoking in the house but you are free to smoke in the back garden or out front.
