Single, Clean & Peaceful Room With A Garden View

Quiet, west-facing single room overlooking a private garden.

It contains single bed, clean and firm orthopedic mattress, single wardrobe, chest drawer, and a bedside table.

All bills are included in the rent (with an exception of a TV license).

Large kitchen has all the necessary cooking appliances. Each person has two large storage cupboards. There are two fridges. The Single room shares a large fridge freezer with one other. We dry our clothes outside in a secure, undercover drying area at the back of the garden. Separate bathroom and WC. Handy shoe storage in the hallway has three compartments.

The big plus to this accommodation is the large garden with a pond, an ideal space for meditation or yoga. A large pub bench is great for socializing with friends in the summer.

We are house-proud and we take weekly turns with the cleaning chores of the communal areas. Although it is a rental, our place feels more like a home. It is important to us that we find a like-minded person.

Lidl supermarket is directly opposite to the property.
Co-Op 5-minute walking distance. Sainsbury's and Tesco are 20 minutes by bus.

The landlady, an artist, with her cat live at the bottom of the property. She is very handy if anything needs repairing, fixing, or sorting, but she is never in your face, we do value personal space and your privacy.
