Hello,

I have an amazing double room in a 3 bedroom ground floor flat. You will share a bathroom, bath, and shower with only one person.


Live - out landlord!
The flat is in a quiet street at the end of the road. The bedroom windows face the private garden.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and a huge outside area/ garden.

To live only with one British guy and a South African girl in their 20s/30s. To share bathroom only with one of them as the order room is en suite with private bathroom/ toilet.

No living room, unfortunately, but the kitchen has a table to eat and catch up with the housemates.

There is also free parking outside of the house.

There is a little Pekingese dog in Siobhan’s room that usually chills in the room or is carried in her arms as a baby.

The flat is located 8 min walk to Streatham Common station. Trains take you to Clapham Junction within 15 min and Victoria Station within 20 min. 15 min bus ride to Tooting and 30 min to Brixton.

Tooting Common Park and Tooting Lido, Streatham Ice and Leisure Centre within 10-15 min walking distance.

Bills are to be shared equally. Council tax is the lowest in London (Wandsworth).

The room is furnished, but furniture can be removed if needed.
