I have an amazing King-size bedroom in a 3-bedroom ground-floor flat. You would share a bathroom, bath and shower only with one person (girl).

The flat is in a quiet street, end of the road. FREE PARKING.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and a huge outside area/ garden. No living room unfortunately, but the kitchen has a table to eat and chill.

To live only with two lovely girls, one from Bulgaria and other from SA. There is a little doggy in the house, Marilyn, who is very cute and friendly and usually just stays relaxing in her mummys room ☺️

The flat is located 8 min walk to Streatham Common station. Trains take you to Clapham Junction within 15 minutes and Victoria Station within 20 minutes. 15 min bus ride to Tooting and 30 min to Brixton.

Tooting Common Park and Tooting Lido, Streatham Ice and Leisure centre within 10-15 min walking distance. Sainsburys Local 5 min walk away and the corner shop literally just round the corner.

Bills: broadband and water bills are included in the rent and others to be shared equally between the flatmates, which will be depending on your usage. Smart energy meters are installed. Council tax is the CHEAPEST in London (Wandsworth Council).

Room is fully furnished with TV, sofa, coffee table, double bed but anything can be removed or added if any peaces needed to be added or removed.
