The flat of 3 bedrooms with one flatmate in his 30. We are looking for a new addition to the household as our current housemate is sadly leaving us due to a job offer. ( 2 BEDROOMS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE FLAT- please see profile if interested). My current housemate is very chilled and nice to have a chat with, although enjoy his space too.

Bedroom:
The bedroom is super huge, although for one person only. It comes furnished, although furniture can be removed on request if you want to bring in your pieces. One bedroom in the flat is en-suite, so you must share the bathroom/toilet with ONE person only, once the room is occupied

Flat:
The flat has a spacious living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a SEPARATE fridge for each tenant, and a vast garden shared between the two apartments in the building. By the way, the house used to be an old church/mosque (still debating) and is converted to a flat building now, so the house is very spacious, has high ceilings, but is also full of character!

Bills:
Rent is paid monthly and bills are shared equally between all the tenants. Council tax and broadband are included in the rent. Smart energy meters are installed in the flat.

Victoria Underground Station in 15 minutes.

Close by, there are Streatham and Tooting Common parks and also Lido where you can swim in open air swimming pool
24 hours Tesco 15 min walk away. Off licence shops, just 2 min walk and Sainsbury's local 7 min walk away. Streatham High Road is full of shops and bars 10 -15 min walk away.
