Seeking a lovely lodger on a quiet, residential road in Streatham Common.
A relaxed, fun and calm household. I'm a Business Owner & Professional Creative and Educator (freelancer) with a busy schedule and my home is a sanctuary to decompress in. I'm friendly, kind and not the stereotypical horror live-in landlord.

THE HOUSE:
The bedroom is on the first landing overlooking the garden, with a toilet next door. It's bright, spacious, quiet and peaceful on the other side of the house to the front room but just a few steps from the kitchen.
(The light fixture has been replaced, as have the blinds and new blackout curtains added)
The kitchen and bathrooms were just completely renovated in Spring 25. (Will add more pics)
✨️ The dining table is in the living room and of course always accessible. I do however often WFH in the living room and use it for work as well as meetings/online workshops + general zen, hence no shared living room ✨️
I have a gorgeous, chilled & affectionate 3 year old cat named Cleo - so Lodger must not have an allergy. She enters/exits to the garden through the bedroom window electronic catflap. (Linked to her microchip)

A Professional Actor, Educator & Creative. In 2023, I set up a Production Company and immersed myself in the world of business.
I'm really sociable, sometimes hosting friends or family. I have a close family & friends from all walks of life. Into spirituality, fitness/wellbeing & astrology. A social butterfly, I love to dance, cook, attend creative & live events,, basketball games, the Arts and travelling. I often get event invites (+1 anyone?) but I can be a bit of homebody with a cuppa & a good film, my books or a TV show. I also do tarot.
Although I have my own friends, it would be nice to not be strangers & catch up over food & wine, kitchen chats or occasionally head to the best local spots, have the odd series binge. A monthly dinner, cooking together at home has been a past fave. (Or a cheeky takeaway!)
I have got on fantastically with past Lodgers and do my best to make them feel at home. Yes, I'm 40 although look & feel much younger with life experience, maturity but a fun, open attitude.
