Description
Seeking a clean and tidy lodger on a quiet, residential road in Streatham Common.
A relaxed and calm household. I'm an Actress, Creative and Educator (freelancer) with a busy schedule and have a heavy need for my home to be a sanctuary to decompress in.
I'm really sociable and often host friends and family. I love creative events, (immersive shows/brunches/sip and paint etc), basketball games, the Arts (always at the theatre, cinema and exhibitions), travelling and concerts. I attend quite a few events/screenings etc but also quite a homebody and will shut myself away to recharge. I often work from home and write in the living room. Not looking to necessarily for a flatmate to socialise with all the time but more than happy to show you around the neighbourhood (the best pubs, cafes and restaurants lol), go to shows/cinema, have the occasional night out, +1 to events I'm invited to, give advice if needed or a bit of tarot, as well as occasionally have a Netflix marathon or share some food & wine.
*The dining table is in the living room and of course it's always accessible, I do however often work in the the living room and use it for work (auditions & prep) as well as day/evening online meetings/events/workshops + general zen so that would need to be respected.*
I adopted a gorgeous, affectionate 18 month old cat named Cleo earlier this year. So must not have an allergy to cats. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who is easy going, an animal lover (happy to feed her on the occasional evening/catsit when I go on hol), happy to muck in when necessary and has a positive attitude.
Good energy only in this house 😊
Single women preferred, preferably professional. (LGBTQ+ friendly of course.)
1.5 bathroom (Guest toilet next door to bedroom- full use of double cabinet)
Own fridge freezer included!
Sunny south facing room.
Access to garden (in constant use Spring/Summer... yes I have loungers, yes I have a massive inflatable pool)
Council Tax band C
All bills inc- £25 kitty for household essentials/cleaning products etc.
Must love pets/animal lover
Non-pork household
Bi-weekly cleaner- communal spaces
Local Common is a 5 min walk away
Close to local leisure centre, gyms, coffee shops/cafes, great pubs, bars and restaurants

Lovely, friendly and supportive community to live in.
