Seeking a lovely lodger on a quiet, residential road in Streatham Common.

A relaxed, fun and calm household. I'm a Business Owner & Professional Creative and Educator (freelancer) with a busy schedule and my home is a sanctuary to decompress in. In 2023 I set up a Production Company and I'm immersing myself in the world of entrepreneurs & business (eek!) I run a monthly scratch night at a pub in Streatham & have done wine tastings too.

I'm really sociable, sometimes hosting friends or family. I have a close family & friends from all walks of life. Into spirituality, fitness/wellbeing & astrology. A social butterfly, I love to dance, going to creative & live events regularly, basketball games, the Arts and travelling. I often get theatre & film screenings invites (+1 anyone?) but I can be a bit of homebody with a cuppa & a good Drama, a film, my books or a bit of trash TV. I also do tarot.

When not on set/stage, I work from home and work/write regularly, hosting online workshops/filming self-tape auditions in the living room. Not looking necessarily for a flatmate to be besties with & socialise all the time but more than happy to show you the best local spots, go to shows/cinema, have the occasional night out, as well as have the odd series binge or share some food & wine. A monthly dinner, cooking together at home has been a past fave. (Or a cheeky takeaway!)

I have got on fantastically with past Lodgers and do my best to make them feel at home. Yes, I'm 40 although look & feel much younger with life experience & maturity but a fun, open attitude.

THE HOUSE:

The bedroom is on the first landing overlooking the garden, with a toilet next door. It's bright, spacious, quiet and peaceful on the other side of the house to the front room but just a few steps from the kitchen. (So you won't hear my acting when I'm taping for a random, silly commercial.)

The kitchen and bathrooms were just completely renovated in Spring 25, so all fresh & new. (Will add more pics)

✨️The dining table is in the living room and of course it's always accessible. I do however often WFH in the living room and use it for work as well as meetings/Zoom events & workshops + general zen (home workouts/meditation/tarot readings) hence no general shared living room ✨️

I have a gorgeous, chilled & affectionate 3 year old cat named Cleo - so Lodger must not have an allergy. She enters/exits to the garden through the bedroom window catflap.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who is clean, easy going like me, an animal lover (happy to feed her on the occasional evening/share catsitting when I'm away.), Happy to muck in with cleaning and has a positive attitude.
