Nestled away at the end of the hall, on a split level it feels like you have the place to yourself. Other two bedrooms are two floors up. Lovely big kitchen with table and chairs , fully equipped with everything you need. Huge newly decorated living room which is tranquil and inviting. Shared bathroom with shower and separate WC. The room itself has a wardrobe with hanging space and drawers, separate chest of drawers and a chair. We’re happy for you to put art on the walls and make it your own if you’re staying for 6 months or so.

Bus stops outside the house: 118,60,250,109, G1,50 many more within a few minutes walk.
Train stations within a few minutes walk: Streatham, Streatham Common (one stop to northern line)
20 mins on bus to Brixton and all it has to offer!

Locally we have the lovely Railway Pub that serves great food and The Rabbit Hole with a huge garden, pool tables and table tennis.
The flat is directly opposite Streatham common and all it’s open space and a few minutes from many gyms, swimming pool and ice skating. 5 mins walk from a huge Tesco and Sainsburys.

Flatmates are relaxed and friendly. We work full time and have busy social lives.

The whole maisonette is nicely decorated and inviting.
