Hello! I have a spare double bedroom in Streatham Common (next to the Sports Centre & Tesco). This is a new building (2 years old) and I live here with my dog (a 3 years old Jack Russell).
The flat is 5min walk from Streatham Station, and 2min walk from Streatham Common Park.
The flat is new and modern, and has lots of amenities such as internet, washing machine, dish washer, shower bath, balcony, garden, etc.
I am looking for a tenant to move in and take the 2nd bedroom. This is a new bedroom with a double bed, private winter balcony and double size wardrobe. There is only 1 bathroom in the flat, but this is quite big.
Ideally, I would like to find a professional, someone who is not always at home and travels often; however, I am happy to discuss further details with the right tenant. Definitely, She/ He has to be a non-smoker, and someone who likes dogs. Water, electricity and gas bills are NOT included (these are roughly £90/month).
